Terms of Service

Outdoor Prime is run by Team 37 LLC, a Texas limited liability company doing business as Outdoor Prime, 307 E State Hwy 71, Llano, TX 78643. “We” and “us” mean Team 37 LLC. You can reach us at support@outdoorprime.app.

By creating an account or using Outdoor Prime, you agree to these terms.

Outdoor Prime gives hour-by-hour hunting and fishing condition forecasts for seven modes. Forecasts are estimates, not guarantees. Everything in the app is for information only.

We never advise whether it is safe to go out. Marine data — waves, swell, wind, and water temperature — is information only. It is never a go or no-go.

You alone are responsible for:

• ▸Your own safety, and every weather and water decision you make.
• ▸Following all hunting and fishing laws, licenses, seasons, and limits.
• ▸Following property and trespass rules.

You must be 18 or older. One person per account — don’t share your account with anyone else.

When you use Outdoor Prime, you agree not to:

• ▸Scrape or copy forecasts or other content out of the service.
• ▸Resell, sublicense, or otherwise sell access to the service.
• ▸Reverse-engineer the app or its forecasts.
• ▸Access the service with bots, scripts, or other automated tools.
• ▸Share your account or let anyone else use it.

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or abuses the service.

The app, its forecasts, and its content belong to Team 37 LLC.

Your trip feedback — your “How was it?” verdicts and the hours you tap — you license to us to use to improve predictions.

• ▸$2.99 a month or $24.99 a year, plus applicable sales tax.
• ▸New subscribers get a 7-day free trial. A card is required to start it.
• ▸The trial turns into a paid subscription automatically unless you cancel before it ends.
• ▸Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each period.
• ▸One Outdoor Prime account and subscription works on the web and, once they are released, in our iPhone and Android apps. If you subscribe through the Apple App Store or Google Play, that store handles billing and cancellation for that subscription.
• ▸A beta invite code gives free access for the period stated with the code.

Cancel anytime from the avatar menu → Manage subscription. Your access continues to the end of the period you have paid for.

If a payment fails, you have a 3-day grace period. After that, access pauses until you update your card. If all of Stripe’s payment retries fail, the subscription is cancelled.

We don’t refund partial periods or unused time. The details are in our Refund Policy.

We will email you at least 30 days before a price change takes effect.

What we collect and what we do with it is in our Privacy Policy.

Outdoor Prime is provided “as is.” If we are ever liable to you, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

These terms are governed by Texas law. Any dispute will be heard in Llano County, Texas.

We will announce changes to these terms by email. If you keep using Outdoor Prime after a change, you accept the new terms.
