Refund Policy

We don’t give refunds or credits for partial periods or unused time. That includes a free trial that turned into a paid subscription because it wasn’t cancelled before the trial ended.

Any exception is at our discretion. If you think your situation deserves one, email support@outdoorprime.app and tell us what happened.

Cancel anytime from the avatar menu → Manage subscription. You keep access to the end of the period you have paid for, and you won’t be charged again.

To avoid being charged when a free trial ends, cancel before the 7 days are up.
