These Terms of Service govern your use of Outdoor Prime, operated by Team 37 LLC. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use Outdoor Prime.

1. The Service

Outdoor Prime provides hunting and fishing activity predictions based on environmental data, solunar timing, weather conditions, and user-logged trip history. Predictions are informational tools to help you plan — they are not guarantees of animal activity, legal authorization to hunt or fish, or advice regarding hunting and fishing regulations.

You are responsible for complying with all applicable hunting and fishing laws, licensing requirements, and land access rules in your jurisdiction. Outdoor Prime is a planning tool, not a replacement for your own judgment in the field.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Outdoor Prime. By using the service you represent that you meet this requirement. Users under 18 should have a parent or guardian review these terms.

3. Your Account

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. Do not share your password. Notify us immediately at support@outdoorprime.app if you believe your account has been compromised.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

You agree not to:

6. Intellectual Property

All content, algorithms, scoring models, designs, and software that make up Outdoor Prime are owned by Team 37 LLC. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the service without written permission.

Your activity logs and location data remain yours. By submitting activity data, you grant Team 37 LLC a license to use that data anonymously and in aggregate to improve prediction accuracy for all users.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Outdoor Prime is provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no warranties, express or implied, that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that predictions will be accurate for any particular outing. Hunting and fishing success depends on many factors outside our control.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Team 37 LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to loss of a hunting or fishing opportunity. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or abuse the service. Upon termination, your access to the service ends immediately.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction where Team 37 LLC is incorporated.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms as the service evolves. We will notify you of material changes by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
