Privacy Policy

We are Team 37 LLC, the company behind Outdoor Prime. We are hunters and fishermen who built this app for hunters and fishermen. We are straightforward about what data we collect, why we collect it, and who we share it with. This policy covers the Outdoor Prime website and mobile applications.
1. Information We Collect
Account information
When you create an account we collect your email address and password. If you sign in with Google or Apple, we receive your name, email address, and profile picture from those services. We do not receive or store your Google or Apple password.
Activity logs
When you log hunting or fishing activity within the app — species, location, conditions, and outcome — we store that data to improve prediction accuracy for your locations over time.
Location data
When you save a hunting or fishing location, we store the coordinates you provide. We do not track your device location in the background or without your explicit action.
Usage data
We collect standard technical data including which features you use, device type, browser type, and general usage patterns. This helps us fix bugs and improve the product.
Payment information
Subscription payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card number. Stripe provides us with a payment confirmation and subscription status only.

3. Who We Share Your Information With
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with the services required to operate Outdoor Prime:
Supabase
Our database and authentication provider. Your account data and activity logs are stored on Supabase servers in the United States.
Stripe
Payment processing. Stripe handles all billing and is PCI-DSS compliant.
Resend
Transactional email delivery for account confirmation, password reset, and receipts.
Apple / Google
If you use social sign-in, authentication is handled directly by Apple or Google under their respective privacy policies.
4. Data Retention
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we delete your personal data within 30 days. Anonymized, aggregated usage data (which cannot be traced back to you) may be retained indefinitely to improve our algorithms.
5. Your Rights
You can at any time:

- ▸Correct inaccurate information in your account
- ▸Delete your account and all associated data
- ▸Opt out of non-essential emails

6. Children’s Privacy
Outdoor Prime is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such data, contact us immediately and we will delete it.
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy as the product evolves. We will notify you of significant changes by email or by posting a notice in the app. Continued use of Outdoor Prime after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
